2. Products

Natural Variations: The formulation is rooted in scientific integrity and organic purity. Due to the high concentration of natural ingredients, you may notice slight variations in colour, scent, or texture between batches. This does not affect the efficacy or safety of the product.

Safety & Use: Please follow all application instructions provided. If you have a known allergy, please review the ingredient list (INCI) carefully. A patch test is recommended before full use.

Disclaimer: Products are for cosmetic use only. While they are designed to support skin health, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Discounts & Vouchers: Only one discount or offer is valid per order. A voucher code will not be valid for any product already on offer.

UK Delivery: Free

5. Delivery Schedules

Despatch: Orders are aimed to be despatched within 1 - 2 business days.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Standard Returns: You have 14 days from receipt to notify Karriboo of a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Returns are made at your own expense.

All items for piercings (such as earrings) are excluded.

Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Product Care: Because our formulations are organic and free from synthetic preservatives, they must be stored away from heat and sunlight.

7. Availability

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, contact will be made promptly. A delayed delivery, or a full refund for the unavailable item will be offered. 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All content, features, and functionality on this platform and on Karriboo Etsy page are the exclusive property of Karriboo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

Karriboo is committed to protecting your privacy; Karriboo will only use the information that is collected about you lawfully and use this information to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

You have the right to complain to a supervisory body if you feel your data is being misused. Contact the Information Commissioners Office for more information but please discuss any concerns you may have first via email.

You have the right to receive personal data concerning yourself which you have provided as the data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.m

You have a right for your data to be forgotten and erased from our systems. If you would like this to happen, please email info@karriboo.com with the Subject Line “Right to be Forgotten Request”. Your identity will need to be confirmed before the request can be actioned. Please note under some circumstances we may be able to refuse this request for example the HMRC requires companies to keep records of VAT for up to 6 years.
